Getting Started: Five Ready-Made Hero Flows
Triggo ships with five ready-to-install hero flows that cover common automation patterns:
- HubSpot → Slack Lead Routing — Route new HubSpot leads to the right Slack channel with enriched contact details.
- Gmail Inbox Triage → Slack — Triage important Gmail messages and route them to Slack for fast team response.
- HubSpot Follow-Up Sequence — When a new HubSpot contact arrives, schedule a Google Calendar event and send a Gmail reminder.
- HubSpot → Notion Lead Capture — Capture every new HubSpot contact as a page in a Notion database for team-wide visibility.
- HubSpot → Gmail Welcome Email — Automatically send a personalised welcome email via Gmail when a new contact is created in HubSpot.
Quick Start: HubSpot → Slack Lead Routing
The fastest way to see Triggo in action:
- Open the chat and type: "Route new HubSpot leads to Slack"
- The AI will build a 3-step pipeline: HubSpot Trigger → Enrich Lead → Slack #sales
- Connect HubSpot when prompted (OAuth — sign in and grant access)
- Connect Slack when prompted (OAuth — select your workspace)
- Deploy and start receiving lead notifications

Common Errors
- Authorization window doesn't open — allow popups for the Triggo site in your browser settings
- Insufficient permissions — make sure you're signed in to HubSpot with admin or super-admin permissions

Connecting Notion
What You Need
- A Notion account with access to the databases you want Triggo to write to
- The target database must be shared with your Notion integration
Steps
- When creating a pipeline with Notion (e.g. the HubSpot → Notion Lead Capture flow), the AI will show a connection prompt

Connecting Telegram Bot
What You Need
- A Telegram bot created via @BotFather
- The bot's API token
Creating a Bot
If you don't have a bot yet:
- Open @BotFather in Telegram
- Send the
/newbotcommand - Follow the instructions: specify a name and username for the bot
- Copy the API token (format:
123456:ABC-DEF1234ghIkl-zyx57W2v1u123ew11)
Connecting to Triggo
- When creating a pipeline with Telegram, the AI will show a token input field: "Paste the Telegram Bot token"
- Paste the bot's API token
- Click "Connect"
- Triggo will verify the token via the Telegram API
- A confirmation will appear in the chat: "Telegram Bot connected"
Common Errors
- Invalid token — make sure you copied the entire token without extra spaces
- Bot deleted — if the bot was deleted via @BotFather, the token stops working. Create a new bot
Managing Connections
Connections are saved and work across all your pipelines. Re-authorization is not needed.
If an access token expires (e.g., HubSpot), Triggo will show a message "HubSpot access expired" and suggest reconnecting. Type "connect HubSpot" in the chat to refresh the authorization.
